Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter:
The promoter is the Hasami Town Tourism Association, whose registered office is at Tougei no Yakata, 2255-2 Isekigo, Hasami, Higashisonogi District, Nagasaki 859-3711.

2. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Are following the Instagram account @visithasami at the time of the prize draw;
Comment on the designated giveaway post on Instagram with their preferred prize(s); and
Are able to come to Hasami Town in person to participate in the workshop between February 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026.

※Entry Requirements: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this giveaway.

※ Legal Compliance: The giveaway is valid only within Japan and is subject to all applicable Japanese laws and regulations.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

Follow the Instagram page @visithasami and remain a follower at the time of the prize draw;
Comment on the giveaway post with A, B, or C (or a combination thereof) to indicate their preferred prize(s).

4. Entry Agreement:
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that:

They are bound by these Terms and Conditions;
If selected as a winner, their Instagram account name and profile picture may be published on @visithasami and associated websites;
Any photos of them participating in the workshop may be used for promotional and marketing purposes;
The promoter may collect and store their personal information for the purposes of contacting them and delivering their prize, if applicable.

5. Entry Validity:
Entries must comply with all giveaway requirements to be valid. Incomplete entries or entries not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the promoter.

6. Number of Entries:
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

7. Closing Date:
The closing date for entries is January 31, 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.

8. Prize Details:
Winners will receive one of 11 workshop experiences valued at approximately 2,000–3,000 yen, with shipping covered by the promoter (within Japan only).
※The specifics of each prize will be determined solely by the promoter.

9. Prize Conditions:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered, except at the promoter’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
Any additional expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

10. Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received via the @visithasami Instagram account and verified by the promoter.

11. Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced on @visithasami and notified via Instagram DM within 14 days of the closing date.
Winners will only be contacted by @visithasami.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternate winner.

12. Transparency:
The winner’s name will be available for up to 28 days after the closing date by emailing visit@hasami-kankou.jp.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

13. Instagram Disclosure:
By entering this promotion, you agree that:

You release Instagram from any liability related to this promotion.
You acknowledge that this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

利用規約（Terms and Conditions）

1. 主催者（Promoter）
本キャンペーンの主催者は、長崎県東彼杵郡波佐見町井石郷2255-2「陶芸の館」に事務所を置く 波佐見町観光協会 です。

2. 応募資格（Eligibility）
本キャンペーンへの応募は、以下の条件をすべて満たす方に限ります。
a. 抽選日までに Instagram アカウント @visithasami をフォローしていること
b. 指定のキャンペーン投稿（ギブアウェイ投稿）に希望する賞品（A・B・C のいずれか／複数可）をコメントしていること
c. 2026年2月1日〜2026年7月31日の期間内に波佐見町で実施されるワークショップに来町できること

※応募には参加費や購入は不要です。

※本キャンペーンは、日本国内でのみ有効です。また、すべての適用される日本の法令および規制に従うものとします。

3. 応募手順（How to Enter）
応募するには、以下の手順をすべて完了する必要があります。
a. Instagram アカウント @visithasami をフォローし、抽選時までフォローを維持する
b. キャンペーン投稿に A・B・C（またはその組み合わせ）をコメントし、希望する賞品を明記する

4. 応募者の同意事項（Entry Agreement）
応募により、応募者は以下に同意したものとみなされます。
a. 本利用規約に従うこと
b. 当選した場合、応募者の Instagram ユーザー名およびプロフィール写真が @visithasami および関連ウェブサイトに掲載されること
c. ワークショップ参加時に撮影された写真が広報・宣伝・マーケティング目的で使用されること
d. 当選者への連絡および賞品発送のため、主催者が個人情報を収集・保管すること

5. 応募有効性（Entry Validity）
応募はすべての条件を満たす必要があります。条件を満たさない応募や規約に違反した応募は、主催者の裁量により無効とされる場合があります。

6. 応募回数（Number of Entries）
応募は1人につき1回のみ有効です。同一人物による複数応募は無効となります。

7. 応募締切（Closing Date）
応募締切は 2026年1月31日 です。締切後の応募は無効となります。

8. 賞品について（Prize Details）
当選者は、全11枠のワークショップ体験（価値：約2,000〜3,000円）のうちいずれか1つを受け取ります。日本国内への発送費は主催者が負担します。
※賞品の内容は主催者が決定します。

9. 賞品条件（Prize Conditions）
賞品は記載の内容のみで提供されます。現金への交換や代替はできません（主催者の裁量による場合を除く）。
賞品は譲渡できません。
賞品は在庫状況により変更される場合があり、主催者は同等価値の賞品に変更する権利を有します。
賞品に関わる税金やその他費用は、当選者の負担となります。

10. 当選者の選出（Winner Selection）
当選者は、応募条件を満たしたすべての応募の中から公平な抽選により決定され、主催者が確認します。

11. 当選者への連絡（Winner Notification）
当選者は @visithasami 上で発表され、締切後14日以内に Instagram DM にて連絡されます。
連絡は @visithasami のみから行われます。
7日以内に返信がない場合、当選は無効となり、主催者は別の当選者を選出する権利を有します。

12. 透明性（Transparency）
当選者名は、締切後28日間、visit@hasami-kankou.jp へのメールで問い合わせることで確認できます。
当選確率は、応募総数によって異なります。

13. Instagram に関する免責（Instagram Disclosure）
このキャンペーンに参加することで、以下に同意したものとみなされます：

本キャンペーンに関連して、Instagram に一切の責任を免除すること。

本キャンペーンは、Instagram によって後援、支持、運営、または関与されていないことを認識すること。
